I didn’t need customer service but the seller emailed me right away to make sure the shipping/expected delivery date worked for me. I didn’t have any deadlines but appreciate the thoughtfulness. The dish towel is cute and I love the turquoise color of the design. This was a housewarming gift for my son and his wife.

Since this was a gift, I did not personally ever see the towel but the person I gifted it to loved it ! Because I never got to see it/ feel the quality etc I’m giving this a sight unseen four star.
